Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. XP Motorsports Inc./Xplosive Performance Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. XP Motorsports Inc./Xplosive Performance Inc.holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway.
We do pricematch some competitors, but choice to do so is on a case by case basis. The lowest price usually being the one quoted on the website.
Absolutely no refunds on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders or electronic parts. Waivers on this policy can be reviewed on an individual basis with our management staff. Store credit can be applied on item's that are 100% not used or mounted to the vehicle. 30% restocking fee applies. A 10% cancellation fee applies to ANY cancelled order
No returns without a RMA (return material authorization). 30% restocking fee applies. No returns will be accepted on product that has been installed on the vehicle, or after 90 days from purchase date. A 10% cancellation fee applies to ANY cancelled order. Waivers on all fee's can be reviewed on an individual basis.

To Return Goods:
1) Telephone our customer care staff at 888.493.8041 for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted at our facility without prior authorization from our staff.
2) Package in the original packing container with all instruction sheets and or warranty forms and mail back to us (NO COD's accepted) at: Xplosive Performance Inc.

3) Please use a carrier that offers "tracking" capabilities, such as UPS, Airborne, or Federal Express.
4) Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time of the initial order. Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
5) Original shipping and handling is non-refundable; tax will be automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return.
Our goal is to always provide product and merchandise to you as soon as possible. Any items out of stock will be shipped to you immediately upon receiving it from the manufacturer. Special order items please allow extra delivery time, to prevent unnecessary delays please call in advance to verify if product/s are in stock.

CANADA Shipments to Canada are processed automatically. We ship FED-X, so customs are taken care of automatically. Shipping charges are not calculated automatically for Canada, but they are not too much more expensive (20%) then shipping domestically within the USA. Our customer care advocates will telephone you with your exact shipping charges PRIOR to the billing of your credit card. We accept Visa, MC, American Express and Discover from our Canadians friends because we can verify all addreses.
ORDERS OUTSIDE USA/CANADA
Many people ask us about our payment options for orders outside of the USA. We accept the PayPal (verified addresses only) and direct Bank-to-Bank Wire transfers. We cannot accept Visa or Mastercard because we cannot verify addresses for shipping and billing and therefore our merchant bank cannot guarantee against fraud (fraud against you or us). Do NOT ask us to make an exception on this, as we cannot.
Below we have listed the best method for making payments with PayPal or Money Order. On all international orders we will have to calculate the shipping charges prior to processing your order, so please email us with your details for product and shipment address. We will then email you back with a total cost (not including any VAT's or local duties or taxes) to ship your product(s). At that time you can use the methods below as an alternate method to pay for your product.

2. Pick use PayPal from the payment methods
3. Access your Paypal account and begin to initiate a Paypal payment to our Paypal account email: email@example.com
4. The amount you will pay is from section 1 above. Make sure you list the product(s) your are purchasing from us on your Paypal form.
5. We will receive the order and process it through our Xplosiveperformance.com system and your product will ship.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
There are times and circumstances when a customer would like to purchase a product and have it shipped to somewhere besides the address listed on their credit card statement.
On our order form we request that the billing and shipping address be the same. The reason we do this is for credit card and address verification purposes. We do this to minimize fraud. The credit card company will simply state that the transaction is an exact match when all is good. If the shipping address is NOT listed in your credit card data base with the credit card company, then the response will come back as an "address mismatch". We cannot complete the order with address mismatches. Our customer care representative will telephone you and ask that you either add a secondary shipping address or ship to your billing address as on the credit card.
How to add a secondary shipping address?
This is very simple to do. Simply telephone your credit card company (800#) and inform them you wish to add a secondard shipping address onto your account. This process will take 5 minutes and then we will be able to ship to any address you have added to your account. This protects you against fraud and helps us process and ship your order in a timely fashion.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, XP Motorsports Inc./Xplosive Performance Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. XP Motorsports Inc./Xplosive Performance Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, XP Motorsports Inc./Xplosive Performance Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
XP Motorsports Inc./Xplosive Performance Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
