Most mufflers are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle in which they were originally installed. Magnaflow's XL Series mufflers/exhausts, catalytic converters, and titanium exhaust line carry a limited warranty. This warranty is voided when any muffler has been installed on any commercial or racing vehicle, or has been improperly installed, altered, subjected to misuse, or damaged from accidents. The cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete the installation of a replacement muffler are not covered.
